Rise to the new you.

This week and the next couple are calling me to be a higher version of myself.✨

In my career, as a Councilwoman, in my relationships, through volunteer and freelance commitments, as a young community leader and mentor. In every way that I can be pulled, I am.

In times like these, when I can spiritually and physically feel the need to step into a new level of myself, I used to be full of anxiety and fear. Even though these are all great things in my life that I asked for, I was full of that negative energy.

Recognizing what you are being called to and allowing yourself the space to shed that old version is crucial. Knowing what ways help that process flow smoothly, are essential.

For me:
✨sticking to healthy routines (meal prepping, sleep schedules, etc)
✨intentionally moving my body (lifting, going for a run, yoga)
✨having time with a friend who I can be fully myself with
✨being outside
✨breath work and journaling

Allowing yourself to step out of stress, anxiety, or fear requires you to intentionally be present outside of those feelings until they change, which gives way to growth.

If you are in a place of those negative emotions, I encourage you to remember to do (or find) what works for you to be able to step through them. I encourage you to keep going.
